My original Star of David Chanukah menorah, hand crafted completely from clear textures. It is sturdy and designed for use during the holiday but makes a beautiful presentation as a wedding gift or housewarming gift.
This menorah measures 11" wide, 8" tall and 3" deep. Each section of the menorah is crafted of a different texture which wraps around from front to back. Textures may vary from the photographs above.
The candle cups are mounted on glass and are created with 5/8" brass fittings. They are a little larger than your usual Chanukah candle cups but will handle a larger candle (found the perfect size at Target this year...) or one made of beeswax. Another option is to melt the end of the candle into the candle cup before lighting the candle for the holiday.
This menorah is meant to be used. It is easily cleaned by soaking in warm water, pealing away any wax drips and gently rubbing any remaining wax residue into the metal lines with a soft cloth. The wax will help to protect the metal from oxidation.

A kosher Chanukah menorah has eight candles arranged in a level, straight line, not giving added value to any one day of the holiday. The exception is the shamash or “attendant” candle used to kindle the others.
This Chanukah menorah is intended for use. Feel free to allow your candles to drip on the glass and solder seams. After use, soak your menorah in warm water, gently peel any extra wax. With a soft cloth, gently rub the wax residue into the solder seams. This wax will polish and prevent oxidation of the metal.

This menorah is created in the copper foil method of stained glass construction. The solder lines are left in their natural silvery tone and shined to a dull shine. The candle cups are mounted on glass and are created with 5/8" brass plumbing fittings. They are a good size for your usual Chanukah candles, hand dipped candles or rolled beeswax candles.
