Tree of Life Collection

26″ x 30″

This dramatic stained glass window features a large tree with leaves representing the four seasons against a swirl of blue on clear glass sky. Hand knit wire leaves are affixed and enhance the summer, fall and spring sections of this dramatic window.

Ready to hang in a large window, between two rooms against a wall. While it is at its best with light shining through, this window is also appropriate to hang over a fire place mantle against a white wall.

Close up photo of the various seasons and knit wire leaves can be found on the header of this website as well as my JiSTglass etsy shop.

The window is created in the copper foil method of stained glass construction. The solder lines are treated with a black patina and it is framed in 3/4″ zinc u channel framing material. It can be shipped but would require a wooden crate and be quite pricey as it is large and fairly heavy. Currently available at Regina Marie Designs in Skippack PA, it will be on display at Philadelphia area arts fairs once they are back on schedule.

Tree of Life Collection

13.5″ wide x 13.5″ tall including base.

Every season is represented in this colorful stained glass window panel. From summer on the left to fall, then winter and ending with spring on the right. Each season is represented by stained glass leaves and spring flowers of glass nuggets.

The trunk is twisted combining the texture of ripple glass with the etched words from Ecclesiastes 3:1 and the Pete Seeger song recorded by the Byrds… To every thing there is a season…

The square sky background is a great shade of wispy turquoise blue and clear glass. The sky compliments the turquoise Eco Resin stand. The stand measures 8″ wide by 4″ deep. It is manufactured in Utah from up cycled products manufactured locally. Vinyl covered steel rods hold the glass panel in place 1/2″ above the base.

Rings are also soldered in place on the upper edge which could handle a strong copper chain for hanging if that is preferred.

The panel measures 13.5” wide at its widest point and 13.5” tall. The solder lines are treated with copper patina and polished to a coppery shine.  The window can also be displayed on a small easel as pictured.
